What type of wax is best for beginners?
We recommend starting with soy wax. It has a lower melting point, cleans up easily with soap and water, and produces a smooth, even burn. Our Soy Wax Flakes are a great starting point.
How do I choose the right wick size?
Wick size depends on your container diameter and wax type. As a general rule, use a smaller wick for containers under 3 inches and a larger wick for containers over 3 inches. Our wick sampler packs let you test multiple sizes.
How much fragrance oil should I add?
Most waxes support a fragrance load of 6–10% by weight. For soy wax, we recommend 8–10% for a strong scent throw. Always add fragrance at the recommended pour temperature listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are exploring international shipping options and will update our shipping policy when available.
